It advises. You decide.
Aven-AI never sends, signs, approves or files anything on its own. It flags, it drafts, it cites — then it stops. Every decision stays with the people running the project.
About Aven-AI
Aven-AI is a governed AI platform for running whole construction projects. It reads your bespoke contract and programme, flags missed notices and time-bars before they lapse, and gives Project Directors, Project Managers and Construction Managers a single source of truth — advisory only, every claim cited, nothing actioned without a human.
A note from the founder
I spent nineteen years on construction sites — QHSE and contracts, FIDIC and NEC4, on real projects in the Gulf. In that time I watched the same failure repeat on good projects run by good people: an entitlement lost not because anyone was wrong, but because a notice died in an inbox. The clause was in the contract. The slip was in the programme. The two facts never met until the window had closed and the money was gone — irrecoverably, on a technicality.
Document-control systems store the contract. Planning tools track the programme. Nothing read them together and warned the one person who could still act. So I built the thing I needed on site and never had: a platform that reads the contract cover to cover, watches every deadline from day one, and puts the warning in front of the right person while there is still time to do something about it.
What we believe
Aven-AI never sends, signs, approves or files anything on its own. It flags, it drafts, it cites — then it stops. Every decision stays with the people running the project.
Each flag traces back to the clause, the activity, or the record it came from. You verify the reasoning before you act on it. No black boxes.
This platform comes from nineteen years of method statements, permits, notices and claims — not from a software lab's idea of how projects run. If it doesn't survive contact with a real site, it doesn't ship.
Where we work
Aven-AI is built in Abu Dhabi, for the way projects actually run in the UAE and the wider Gulf — design-build contractors, heavily amended FIDIC and NEC4 contracts, and project teams who carry the risk. Early access is open, project by project.
